 Welcome to Cudgel War!

The hotly awaited yearly summer camp of the Barony of Aarnimetsä - SCA Finland - is coming again. All the information in English is under this page "In English" in the sidebar. You may want to start with the event announcement, then proceed onward with site and travel information etc.

Changes for 2026: If you have participated in Cudgel War before, note these significant changes:

• Two daily meals instead of three: breakfast and lunch are now combined into a morning brunch, and then a dinner is served in the evening. This makes it possible to serve more meals than before, but it is still possible that not everyone gets meal tickets.

• Fienta as registration system: This means that the event fee is paid when registering. Fienta accepts many forms of payment, among others credit cards and in mobile devices some mobile payment systems. Fienta is an Estonian platform, you must be able to make a payment to that country to pay for your booking. If that is not possible today, choose invoicing to get extra 7 days to pay. See the registration page for more instructions.

• New sauna building: The sauna has been thoroughly renovated. It now has two dressing rooms, two shower rooms, but only one sauna (with access from both sides). The small lounge in the building has been renovated, too, but it has roughly the same facilities as before.
