Cudgel War usually has some kind of meal service, but kitchen capacity limits the number of people that can be served - but there is a smaller kitchen for those who wish to cook for themselves. Meals are sold separately, you can opt for now meals, some meals, or all the meals, if there are tickets left.
Frequent visitors should pay attention to the fact that the meal schedule will be changed for Cudgel 2026: the daily meals are a brunch and a hot dinner (two meals per day, not three). This means more tickets than before can be sold per meal.
On Monday, the now traditional Pirate Party serves food to everyone on site, this is included in your site fee.
On Wednesday, a banquet with limited seats is served instead of dinner.
On the second Friday a smaller and simpler feast takes place. It has a fee, but an unlimited number of seats, everyone who wants the feast can buy it.
All meals are made lactose free. There will also be a vegetarian and a gluten free option, but you must choose those when registering. Note that there is always a risk of contamination because all the meals are prepared in one single small kitchen. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide meals for people with any other allergies or dietary requirements.
Preliminary menu for dinners, excluding the pirate party, banquet and the feast. Changes are possible for compelling logistical reasons, but unlikely. Full ingredient lists will be present when dinners are served.

The site has a smallish kitchen in the Lassila building that can be used by all attendees. It has a fridge, a microwave, a stove, and an oven. There's almost a coffee maker and an electric kettle, and drinkable cold and hot water in tap for cleaning up after you have finished cooking.
The nearest grocery stores do not deliver to Kavalahti, nor do most restaurants. However, there's a pizzeria in Karjaa that will bring a pile of hot pizzas to the camp, and has done so quite often during the recent years. Contact information to be added.
