If you want to teach multiple things, fill in a separate form for each! When you have filled in the first form, the confirmation message shown includes a link to a blank form for your next response.
This form is for teachers who teach solely in English. Activities in Finnish or Finnish and English are to be registered via the slightly longer form on the Finnish teacher registration page.

If you enter a valid and active email on the form, the confirmation email contains a link that enables you to modify the form contents until (roughly) the end of May. This means that while you have to fill in all the required fields, you can change and add information to the form later on.

Information needed to fill in the form

Required

• Email address

• Last name (of your "mundane"/real-life name). Your real-life name is only shown to the people coordinating the activities, it enables us to connect people and registrations more accurately.

• First name (of your real-life name)

• Activity type: Arts and sciences, children and youth, heavy fighting, fencing, archery, (other) organized sport or guided exercise, other

• Teaching format: Lecture, workshop, training and coaching, other physical activity, other

• Teaching days: Check the days when you are able to teach this activity

• The duration and timing of your teaching (text field): how long does it take, does it consist of multiple sessions, the time of the day, any schedule conflicts to avoid, anything else to do with the scheduling

• Teaching location: Indoors, outside under communal sunshade, outside in your own camp, on the tourney field, on the battle field, on the archery range, other

• The title of the activity: A short descriptive title for the event schedule and class advertisements.

• Detailed description of the activity: what will be done during this activity

• The target group: who can attend the activity, for whom is it

Optional

• SCA (medieval) name with title(s): what you write here is what is going to get published in the schedule and descriptions

• Detailed information about the location: what works best, what doesn't work and why, which special requirements you have. Especially if you don't know the site, just describe your requirements as exactly as possible.

• Notes for the students: materials to bring, a material fee to be collected, loaner stuff, etc.

• A message to the organizers or "everything else": anything you couldn't say/choose in the previous fields.
