The text below is directly from the event announcement. More explanations on what the rules mean and why will be added by April 13.
The site is ”damp” so preferably only mild alcoholic beverages. Smoking (including vaping) is allowed only in the designated spots.
Pets are only allowed outdoors. Within the camp dogs must be leashed at all times. (The Finnish Hunting Act requires that March to August dogs must be always kept on a leash when outdoors, or kept so that they may be immediately put on a leash.)
Site owner’s rules stipulate that sheets are mandatory in indoor beds, even when sleeping in a sleeping bag. There are no sheets or towels on site, you need to bring them yourself.
Fire is only allowed on designated common and safely built camp fireplaces. Fire is not allowed anywhere indoors without permission from the steward. If there’s a fire warning in effect, no fires, including torches, are allowed.
There must be a fire extinguisher in every tent in the medieval camping areas. Mundane tents in the forest are exempt.
The guardians are always responsible for the underaged participants! Please note that in the evening alcohol may be drunk in and around the sauna building or the banqueting area by the field and that it may not be an appropriate environment for minors at that time.
Children must have a designated adult watching them when swimming.
While paddling, everyone must wear a life vest. Paddlers must write down their planned route and schedule on the list by beach. Paddling alone is not allowed!
